Refund policy
We strive to ensure that every product meets our high standards of quality. If you are unsatisfied, we will gladly process a return or exchange.
Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition
- Sale or clearance items may be non-returnable (indicated on product page)
Return Process
- Contact sales@thegreatpetstore.com to initiate a return
- Receive a return authorization and shipping instructions
- Ship the item back using a trackable method
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange, we will ship the replacement item upon receiving the returned product.
