Refund policy

We strive to ensure that every product meets our high standards of quality. If you are unsatisfied, we will gladly process a return or exchange.

Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition
• Sale or clearance items may be non-returnable (indicated on product page)

Return Process

1. Contact sales@thegreatpetstore.com to initiate a return
2. Receive a return authorization and shipping instructions
3. Ship the item back using a trackable method

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange, we will ship the replacement item upon receiving the returned product.
