Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 5:00 PM ET are packaged and handed to carriers on the same business day.
Do you offer free shipping on US orders?
Yes! We offer Free Tracked Express US Delivery on all orders of $50 or more. For orders under $50, standard flat-rate carrier shipping is calculated at checkout.
How do I track my package?
As soon as your package is labeled in our Florida warehouse, an automated shipping confirmation email with your direct USPS tracking link is sent to you. Please allow 12–24 hours for carrier sorting hubs to register live scans.
